A personal
approach
Parry Carver Solicitors offers a personal approach when dealing on your behalf with all legal aspects of your land and property transactions, whether freehold or leasehold, buying or selling, investing or developing, as landlord or as tenant.
We understand how frustrating it can be as a client when you are unable to speak directly with the caseworker handling your matters and this is often the problem experienced in larger firms. We have a small team of 3 solicitors with combined experience of over 90 years, where each will be familiar with your case and you will be able to contact the caseworker directly and make appointments at short notice.
We will always advise you of the most cost-effective, pragmatic plan of action, rather than pursuing a course of conduct where the cost/benefit analysis is not in your best financial interest.
We have experience of and positively encourage our getting actively involved at the negotiation stage of dealings, which enables many issues to be ironed out before final heads of terms are agreed. Thus saving much of the subsequent to-ing and fro-ing between solicitors and of course the consequential legal costs otherwise incurred.
